Problems

• Elderop wanted to completely revamp their old website as they felt that they could not get recognized as their old website was not attractive and informative.
• They also wanted to optimize the new website so that it can easy be found in a Google or Yahoo search
• Their earlier website did not include all the concerns of senior citizens such as care considerations, find a home, conditions affecting the elderly, financial considerations, professional resources.

Visitors interaction was not there like mailing list, personal assessment survey, facility quality calculator.

 

Solutions

• We did a complete revamp of their existing website, focusing more on their relevant sections i.e. elderly Care, find a home for elderly, quality calculator etc.
• As senior citizen concerns are addressed visitors and customer base has increased. Moreover, we have taken care of macro level concern such as bigger size fonts for readability.

We have made the site SEO friendly.
(Note: SEO stands for search engine optimization like getting better positions on search engines i.e. google, yahoo etc.)

 

Achivements

? As visitors and customer base has increased Elderop have arranged more revenue. ? Now Elderop wants to expand their business like franchisee setup at different locations.
